Is household linen provided?
If you booked with the STANDARD rate (€195), we provide all the basic necessities: bath towels, tea towels, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
If you opt for our SERENITY offer (€210), you will also benefit from bathrobes provided, and slippers are offered to you.
Is shower gel provided?
Yes, we provide a natural multi-purpose soap, suitable for body and hair.
Is the accommodation completely dark at night?
Morning light can be bright in the dome. Although we have blackout curtains, complete darkness is not guaranteed. If you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, a sleep mask is recommended.
Is the accommodation equipped with heating?
For your comfort, a reversible heat pump is installed. It maintains a comfortable temperature. However, the unusual structure of the accommodation may not guarantee a comfortable temperature at all times. Please note that the noise emitted varies depending on the power chosen and may be disturbing at night for sensitive people.
Is Wi-Fi access available in the establishment?
To promote a true disconnection and an optimal experience, our accommodation is without Wi-Fi.
Can the Nordic bath be used in the rain?
Absolutely! Nordic bathing is a magical experience, even in the rain. It will only add a unique touch of charm to your moment of relaxation.
Is the dome for exclusive use?
The dome and its outdoor facilities are reserved exclusively for you. However, from June to September (but especially July and August), the proximity of our lodge, which is sometimes occupied, could cause noise pollution. Although our guests are informed and aware, we decline all responsibility in the event of inconvenience.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our establishment.
Is your establishment child-friendly?
For safety reasons, we only accommodate adults. The layout of the accommodation is not suitable for young children.
What safety precautions are taken at this establishment?
Your safety is our priority. That's why the accommodation is equipped with a fire detector and a fire extinguisher.
At night, the stairs and outdoor paths are lit.
A video surveillance camera is located on our private road. It is oriented towards the entrance and your parking area, but does not film the dome or the public road.
What measures are taken in the event of a weather alert?
To ensure your safety, if a weather alert (orange or red) is issued for the accommodation area, we will offer to postpone your stay, depending on our schedule and your availability.

Is the dome accessible for people with reduced mobility?
No, the dome is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the sloping terrain.
Is access to the dome possible by car?
No, you cannot access the dome by car. Parking is available 100 meters away, then you will have to walk.

How can I make a reservation?
Booking is easy online, using our on-site booking engine. We are also available by phone if needed.
Can we change the dates of our stay once payment has been made?
The possibility of changing your dates depends on the rate chosen when booking: the STANDARD rate (€195) does not allow any changes, while the SERENITY rate (€210) offers the flexibility to change your stay up to 48 hours before arrival.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you opted for the STANDARD rate (€195), your stay is final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Only the SERENITY rate (€210) allows you to cancel or change your dates up to 48 hours before your arrival.
💶 PAYMENT
What are the payment methods?
For the STANDARD rate (€195), to be paid online when booking: credit card (CB, MasterCard, Visa), Klarna payment (payment in 3 installments without fees) and ANCV holiday voucher (Connect only).
For the SERENITY rate (€210), to be paid on site: bank card (CB, MasterCard, Visa), cash, check or ANCV holiday voucher (Connect or Classic).
Attention : In the event of payment by CLASSIC holiday vouchers, if the exact amount is not provided, we will not be able to refund the difference, either in cash or by any other means of reimbursement.
When will my payment be debited?
The time of payment depends on the rate chosen: for the STANDARD rate (€195), payment is made when booking online, while for the SERENITY rate, it takes place on the day of your arrival.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, your online payments are completely secure thanks to the Stripe platform.
Is a security deposit required?
Payment of a security deposit is not required.
However, in the event of theft or damage, whether observed and/or not reported, during your stay, we reserve the right to debit the amount of the damage from your bank card imprint, up until 11:59 p.m. the day after your departure.
Is tourist tax included?
Tourist tax is not included in the rate. You must pay it on site on the day of your arrival by credit card, cash, or check. Please plan ahead.
Price: €0.72 x number of people x number of nights.
🎁 GIFT CARDS
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
When can we use gift cards?
Gift cards can be used year-round.
How can I use my gift card?
To redeem your gift card, enter the code in the "I have a gift card or certificate" section before payment.
Can stays booked with a gift card be changed or canceled?
Changing the dates of a stay booked with a gift card is only possible with a standard gift card (€210 or €380). You can change the dates up to 48 hours before your arrival.
However, regardless of the price of the gift card, NO REFUND of your stay is possible.
