The accommodation is equipped with a fire detector and a fire extinguisher.
At night, the stairs and outdoor pathways are lit up.
A CCTV camera is located on our private driveway. It is pointed towards the entrance and your parking area, but does not film the dome or the public road.
— ACCOMMODATION —
✧ Is linen provided?
YES. If you have booked with the STANDARD rate (€195), we provide all the basic necessities: bath towels, tea towels, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
If you have opted for our SERENITY offer (€210), you also benefit from bathrobes provided, and slippers are offered to you.
✧ Is shower gel provided?
YES. We provide a natural soap, suitable for the body and hair.
✧ Is it completely dark in the accommodation at night?
NO. Morning light can be quite bright in the dome. Although we have blackout curtains, complete darkness is not guaranteed. If you prefer to sleep in total darkness, a sleep mask is recommended.
✧ Is the accommodation equipped with heating?
YES. For your comfort, a reversible heat pump is installed. It helps maintain a pleasant temperature.
✧ Is Wi-Fi access available in the establishment?
NO. In order to promote a true disconnection and an optimal experience, our accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.
✧ Is the Nordic bath usable in the rain?
YES. The Nordic bath is a magical experience, even in the rain. The rain will only add a unique touch of charm to your moment of relaxation.
✧ Is the dome for exclusive use?
YES. The dome and its outdoor facilities are exclusively reserved for you.
— ACCESSIBILITY —
✧ Is the dome accessible for people with reduced mobility?
NO. The dome is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the sloping terrain.
✧ Is it possible to access the dome by car?
NO. You cannot access the dome by car. There is a car park 100 meters away, then you will have to walk.

✧ How can I make a reservation?
Booking is easy online, via our booking engine on the website. If needed, we are also available by phone.
✧ Can we change the dates of our stay once payment has been made?
The possibility of changing your dates depends on the rate chosen when booking: the STANDARD rate (€195) does not allow any changes, while the SERENITY rate (€210) offers the flexibility to modify your stay up to 48 hours before arrival.
✧ What are the cancellation conditions?
If you have chosen the STANDARD rate (€195), your stay is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Only the SERENITY rate (€210) allows you to cancel or change your dates up to 48 hours before your arrival (see Terms and Conditions).
— PAYMENT —
✧ What are the payment methods?
For our STANDARD offer and our gift cards: full online payment must be made to finalize your booking: credit card, Klarna (3x without fees), or ANCV Connect holiday vouchers.
For our SERENITY package: Your credit card details are required to book your stay. Full payment will be made on the day of your arrival, via the credit card details provided during your online booking.
✧ Is online payment secure?
YES. Your online payments are fully secure and encrypted thanks to the Stripe platform.
✧ Is a security deposit required?
NO. A security deposit is not required.
However, in the event of theft or damage, whether observed and/or not reported, during your stay, we reserve the right to debit the amount of the damages from your bank card imprint, up to 23:59 the day after your departure.
✧ Is the tourist tax included?
YES. The tourist tax is included in the price.
— GIFT CARDS —
✧ How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months.
✧ When can we use gift cards?
Gift cards can be used all year round.
✧ How can I use my gift card?
To use your gift card, enter the code in the "I have a gift card or gift certificate" section before payment.
✧ Can stays booked with a gift card be modified or cancelled?
Changing the dates of a stay booked with a gift card is only possible with a standard gift card (€210 or €370). You can change the dates up to 48 hours before your arrival.
However, regardless of the price of the gift card, NO REFUND is possible for your stay.
