📄 ANNIVERSARY COMPETITION RULES

1. Organizer

2. Purpose

These rules govern the terms and conditions of participation in the competition entitled:

""Special 1st Anniversary Contest"" , organized on the following social networks: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

3. Conditions of participation

The game is open to everyone:

• physical,
• aged at least 18 years,
• resident of France.

The following are excluded from participation:

• the organizer's employees,
• anyone who participated in the organization of the game.

4. Participation Procedures

To validate your participation, you must:

1. Follow the organizer's account (@letoiledubearn),
2. Like the post,
3. Identify a person in the comments (1 comment = 1 entry).

Optional: share the post in your story.

⚠️ Any incomplete, erroneous or fraudulent participation will not be taken into account.

5. Duration of the competition

The game takes place from April 26, 2026 to May 4, 2026 inclusive .

6. Winner selection

The winner will be chosen by random draw on May 5, 2026 at 12pm .

He will be contacted directly via private message.

7. Endowment

The set includes:

• - One night for two people (Serenity offer) with breakfast included,
• - a one-hour couples massage per person (no obligation).

Total value: €330 .

Terms :

• - The item is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• - the stay must be outside of weekends (excluding Friday and Saturday nights),
• - The gift voucher is valid for 12 months.
• - The massage is preferably scheduled during your stay, subject to the practitioner's availability. If this is not possible, the service can be provided at your home, but only within a 20 km radius of L'étoile du Béarn.

8. Handing over the prize

The winner must come forward within 7 days of being contacted.

If that fails, a new winner may be chosen.

The prize will be sent by email and/or private message.

9. Responsibility

The organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• - technical problem,
• - for participation not received or invalid,
• - due to force majeure.

10. Personal Data

The data collected is used solely for the purposes of the competition.

In accordance with current regulations (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

11. Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

12. Mention relating to platforms

This competition is not managed, sponsored, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
